The Sri Santhi School App is developed to help students and parents conveniently access important academic information such as attendance records, exam marks, and announcements. This policy explains how we handle and protect student data.
All academic data displayed in the app, including attendance, marks, and other student information, is uploaded and managed directly by Sri Santhi School administration.
Only the respective student (or their parent/guardian) can view their individual records. No student can view another student's data.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect data from unauthorized access or misuse. Access to student data is restricted through secure login credentials.
The school administration is responsible for uploading and maintaining the accuracy of all student-related data. If any errors are noticed, students or parents should contact the school directly for correction.
No student data is shared with any third-party services or organizations outside of Sri Santhi School.
Sri Santhi School reserves the right to update or change this policy at any time. All changes will be reflected on this page.
